Tenderness gives it beauty, and gravity imparts its curves. Each transplant becomes memory of a moment of transformation, akin to the different stages of life.
 

DEATH Upon reaching maturity, the 怪 is mummified following ancient Egyptian rituals, wrapped forever in layers of colored concrete. At the end of this process, the 怪 is ready to find its eternal life somewhere in the outer world.
